A dental aligner manufacturer needed a custom MRP system to handle patient-specific production orders, 3D printing schedules, quality control checkpoints, and clinic-to-lab order workflows — all integrated with their dental scanning software.
The solution
I built a custom Odoo manufacturing module with patient-specific BOMs, integration with 3D scanning software for automatic order creation, multi-stage QC workflows, and a clinic portal where dentists can submit cases and track production status in real time.
