My story
My engineering career began in 2016 as a Design Officer at Aviation Design Institute (AvDI), Pakistan Aeronautical Complex Kamra — working on the JF-17 Thunder fighter aircraft program. 17 months in a defense-grade R&D environment, under Wing Commander and Air Commodore leadership, taught me multi-stakeholder design review discipline, the documentation rigor that complex systems demand, and the upstream-engineering habit of fixing causes, not symptoms.
In 2018 I pivoted from aerospace to building software, starting with custom Odoo modules for local businesses. What began as small configuration tweaks quickly evolved into deep ERP architecture work — designing multi-company setups, building marketplace connectors, and leading full implementation projects.
Over the years, I've expanded into full-stack development (Next.js, NestJS, TypeScript), AI integration (LLM agents for business automation), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Docker, Nginx). Today I combine all of these skills to help businesses build systems that actually work at scale.
In 2024, I founded ECOSIRE Private Limited to productize the tools and integrations I'd been building for clients. ECOSIRE now offers 20+ digital products including Odoo modules, marketplace connectors, and SaaS tools — used by 500+ businesses worldwide.
