A premium wine distributor needed a unified system to manage B2B wholesale orders, B2C e-commerce, age-verified delivery, lot tracking, and multi-warehouse inventory across 3 locations — replacing spreadsheets and a legacy POS system.
The solution
I implemented Odoo 19 Enterprise with custom modules for wine lot tracking (vintage, region, producer), age verification workflows, tiered wholesale pricing, and a Shopify storefront integration for their B2C channel. The system handles compliance reporting automatically.
